Happiness is an inside Job.

We are taught who we are and how to think as children, but could this be the source of our unhappiness? Are we chasing goals that aren’t ours, suppressing instincts that feel too wild, and measuring ourselves against standards we never chose? Could this be the source of our unhappiness?
I believe family, friends, partners, and community contribute chapters to your life story. Are you happy? If no, perhaps it’s time to take the pen away from them.
True fulfillment comes from pursuing what brings you joy, meaning, and deep satisfaction. Life is full of challenges, but within those trials, you can shape a story that reflects who you truly are. Perhaps that’s where happiness is found. The only way to have this is to change. It’s time to write a narrative that aligns with your soul’s deepest desires and convictions that feels authentically yours.
Nothing changes until you take the first step. The key to happiness lies in your hands. Now is the time to take action. Love to play sports? Find one and play it. Love to dance? Find a studio or a partner to dance with. Love music? learn to play an instrument, or simply sing your heart out. Have a story to tell? Write it! Don’t be influenced by others. Be confident in your beliefs.
Nothing is worth having unless you are authentic to yourself. Let go of fear, and remove your mask. Live your life the way you want. Live presently in the moment because tomorrow is not guaranteed.
What changes are you making?
