How do you plan your goals?

My goal-planning process is pretty simple: I keep it flexible. Sometimes, I write them down, and sometimes, I don’t. I have a whiteboard where I write all the steps I need to do to achieve some of my goals.

I read James Clear’s book Atomic Habits and highly recommend it to anyone who feels overwhelmed by the size of their goal.

I believe it doesn’t matter where you are in life, whether you’re a busy parent, caregiver, have health issues, or are in brain fog. You can achieve your goals if you take one small action, even if it takes years. Doing one step is better than standing still.
